To register, you have to follow the below procedure : (For academic researcher or PhD student or industrial, not accompagnying person)

1. Log on into your science conf account (or create one if you didn't submit an abstract in the system).

2. In the section "My Space", use the register widget. Fill the register informations on science conf website. If you are academic researcher or post-doc student, please choose the "researcher" category (330 euros). If you are PhD student, please choose the student category (180 euros). If you are in a compagny, please choose "industrial" (420 euros).

3. Choose you registration options (menu for the conference dinner, your participation to the boad trip (30 euros)), ...

4. Then, you are ready to proceed to the payement. On the science conf website, you have to click on the total amount. With this link, you acceed to the "Azur Colloque" website which is the payement website. You have to enter a second time the registration informations. In "Categorie", please enter "researcher" if you are academic researcher or post-doc student or enter "Etudiant" if you are PhD student. If you are in a company, please choose "industrial".If you want to attend the boad trip you have to fill the dedicated box. Please note that the conference dinner is included in the registration fees.

5. The website will propose you to pay by credit card, please, before, check that the total amount corresponds well to your registration fees (and the boat trip, if you have chosen it). 

For accompagnying person, please follow the below precedure :

1. Create an account on science conf for the accompagnying personn and log on.

2. In the section "My Space", use the register widget. Fill the register informations on science conf website. Please choose the "accompagnying" category.  If the accompagnying person wants to attend the boad trip, the dedicated box has to be filled.

3. Then, on the science conf website, you have to click on the total amount (60 euros if you just attend the conference dinner, 90 euros if you want also to attend the boat trip). With this link, you acceed to the "Azur Colloque" website which is the payement website. You have to enter a second time the registration informations. In "Categorie", please enter "accompagnying 0 euros". Then you have to add the conference dinner as an "extra". If you want to attend the boat trip, fill the dedicated box.

4. The website will propose you to pay by credit card, please, before, check that the total amount is right : 60 euros if you just attend the conference dinner, 90 euros if you want also to attend the boad trip.
